The food was very good and the customer service was fantastic but the bathroom needs to be cleaned very badly.
I could write paragraphs about the food and experience at Deano's. I travel the country for work, and every time I come home, one of the first places my wife and I visit is Deano's. I truly don't think they're capable of making bad food or drinks. The frozen cosmo always hits the spot, and I love their rotating monthly pizzas and their wingsare always excellent. I've personally visited all their locations multiple times, and I've never had a bad experience or meal. Deano's, keep doing what you're doing and making Lafayette proud to call you ours.
GREAT food and wonderful people. If you've never been, you're missing out. My only complaint would be that they have a crawfish appetizer that they only serve during lent. They broke my heart when they said it was a seasonal thing!
A great first time visit to Deano's Pizza. Went on a Thursday night at 6:00 and got seated right away. Around 6:30-7:00 is when the restaurant started to fill up. The inside was spacious and looked very clean. Our waiter was great and recommended which pizza's to try. We got a half and half. The Ragin' Cajun and the Parrain were both good. The star of the show was the crust. It was very crispy and held up the pizza nicely. The pepper jelly on the parrain pizza was yummy. I will be back to try more speciality pizzas!
So, I'm a foodie and I love Italian food. Pizza is almost like money, there would rarely be a time I'd turn it down and rarely do I find a pizza I don't like. Deano's, however, is up at the top 3 in the Lafayette region and for good reason. They have several different appetizers here and everything I've tried has been great. The most unique item though would be the "garlic knots". These are not really like a breadstick made into a not but rather, imagine a deep fried pastry similar to a beignet but with garlic flavor, a crispy deep fried crust and a zesty marinara dipping sauce. Must try these. The pizzas are there for every appetite and every party size. You can get small individual pizzas or a hearty sized "Giant" which will cover a wide variety of guests. We typically get a specialty pizza with my favorites being the Tee-Rex which is a six meat pizza or the BBQ Chicken pizza. My wife's favorite is the Hawaii 5-O (without jalapenos). The specialty pizzas are not cheap, but the ingredients are top notch and piled on thick. When you pickup a pizza it's not like a fast food pizza, these feel heavy like an encyclopedia of the same size (no joke...these pizzas are stacked!). The service here is friendly and fast and I've had no complaints except that we've never been able to finish all of what we've ordered. (Which I love so I can have a late snack or lunch the next day). If you're craving pizza, wings, pastas or even a sandwich (I can't comment on the sandwich's, but they look delish), do be sure to stop by here, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!
I really enjoy the grilled chicken healthy option pizza! It's the perfect size and fresh and tasty! Deano's on Kaliste Saloom is my favorite location with good service!
This cozy family restaurant does what it needs to do. They have a special for pizza; personal size pizza, side salad and a drink which was very affordable and provided just the right amount of food. Everything I had was delicious and I look forward to returning in the future!
